This is a SPU-3170 laser for Sony PS2.

SPU 3170 laser lens is compatible with PS2 system model: SCPH 700xx model or PS2 version 12(Slim version).
If your machine is having problems reading disks, or comimg up with infamous "Dirty Disk" error.
All you need to do is replace the laser lens.
